Getting a product before a buyer and eventually in to a club store takes a lot of diligence, preparedness and attention to detail. However, once on the shelves, our job has only just begun! Based on our extensive knowledge as to what is expected from a vendor and their products, we seek to not only drive sales but to expand product lines. Our team’s marketing support includes:

Assistance with all vendor set up, compliance, audit requirements and packaging details
Constant contact with buyers to determine product movement
Vendor support in the development of seasonal items, rotations and additional SKUs.
Management of all logistics including timing of deliveries, schedules, and acting as a liaison between trucking, manufacturer/vendor and the stores.


Tracking of all sales figures to maintain a comprehensive marketing program that may include road shows, demos and coupons
Preparation and analysis of monthly CRX reports (data sharing program with access to sales at the store level) for participating vendors
Routine nationwide comp shops at all regions to provide manufacturer/vendor with comprehensive information on all competitive products
Attendance at trade shows, grand openings and charity events to keep current within the industry
